Election
Every two years the senior members of the oldest gang in Hong Kong, the Wo Shing Triad, elect a new chairman. Facing imminent gang violence when voting does not go as planned, the police try to cleanse the streets and retain order. However, nothing will stop the young and ambitious - whoever claims the coveted ceremonial baton will win the momentous Election.
Triad Election
Wo Shing Triad member Jimmy wants to build a legitimate business empire and go clean. However, his enterprises have made him a favorite in the upcoming Triad election. Meanwhile, the Chinese government see him as a means to a peaceful existence with the Triads. They offer him access to the Mainland′s business market provided he chooses to lead the Triad gang for the next two years. Thus, in order to escape the Triads, he must first become their leader.

Triad mob boss Hung learns that an assassin plans to kill him within the next 12 hours. Despite encouragement by those close to him to leave, he decides to stay and protect himself.
